Accessibility Statement
Texas Vision is committed to making this website usable for everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. We treat accessibility as part of good care, not an afterthought, and we work to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level as our standard.
What we do
We build this site with accessibility in mind and check our work as we go. That includes meaningful heading and landmark structure so screen readers can navigate the page, text and controls that meet AA color-contrast targets, keyboard access to interactive elements with visible focus, labeled form fields, descriptive text for meaningful images, and layouts that hold up when text is enlarged or the screen is small. We also honor the reduced-motion setting for visitors who prefer less on-screen movement.
Ongoing effort
Accessibility is not a one-time project. We review new pages and features against WCAG 2.1 AA, test with automated tools and manual checks, and fix issues as we find them. Because the site changes over time, and because some third-party components are outside our direct control, there may be areas we have not caught yet. When we learn about a barrier, we treat fixing it as a priority.
If something is hard to use
If any part of this site is difficult to use, or you need information from it in a different format, please tell us. We will help you directly and get you the information you came for, whether that means reading it to you, sending it another way, or assisting you over the phone. Your feedback also helps us find and fix problems for the next person.
